Chadrick is an ideator and creative mastermind. Chadrick has over 10 years of professional IT, and Program Management experience in the government & private sector. Chadrick has worked with some of the brightest minds in the world during his tenure at Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) and possess a long list of industry leading management and cyber certifications. Chadrick has a unique, natural ability to lead fortified by his M.S. in Project Management coupled with his PMP from the Project Management Institute. A scholar and servant leader, Chadrick surrounds himself with like-minded individuals who he empowers to innovate and bring the greatest possible solutions to fruition.

Lesley Harris, PMP, CISSP ~Chief Operating Officer~

Lesley's analytical brilliance, innovation and strong leadership ability has allowed him to become a renowned leader in the cyber industry. Lesley has provided services to the government and private sector over the past 10 years. Lesley continues to pave the way as a Leidos Cybersecurity Architect and show cases his tremendous talent as he completes his graduate studies at Harvard University.

Deonn Henderson ~Chief Strategic Officer ~

Business Mongul and strategic genius. Deonn brings a wealth of knowledge from the real estate and retail industry.

Deonn is a business infrastructure and analytical-oriented professional with 18 years of experience in building business infrastructures, bottom-line & process improvement, acquisitions, financial analysis and strategic planning in several industries.

Deonn provides strategic alignment, leadership and best-in-class practices from a holistic and microeconomic view. Deonn impacts economic development and community enterprise through a domestic and international catalog of professional networks, services and achievements.

Mr. Henderson combines his insight gained from hands-on experience as a corporate executive and an entrepreneur to effectuate focused business solutions. A current entrepreneur, business owner, and developer in the DC Metropolitan Area, Deonn is proficient in capital raising, deal structuring, program management, marketing and other facets of real estate and impact investing.

Douglas Pitzer ~Director of R&D~

Douglas is Virginia Tech Master's of Education graduate and well established professor. He is currently the Director of Career Advancement STEM+ by Commonwealth Learning and provides System Administration and IT Infrastructure courses to students in Roanoke Virginia. Douglas uses his keen ability to teach and mentor through Strokes of Genius Tutoring, which he founded in 2018.

Raquese Harris, CASP, CISM ~Director of Cyber Security~

Army Officer turned Cyber Professional, Raquese Harris has been shaping the evolution of security and helping commercial businesses and the federal government improve their security posture. While receiving his Masters in Cyber Raquese also worked as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst at INTERPOL providing investigative support for 194 countries to fight world crime. While Cyber Security is his passion, Raquese is huge on bridging the gap for minorities and people from underrepresented communities into the professional world. He is now a Consultant/Security Engineer for the Federal Government and brings of wealth of knowledge to Magnicore.

Strong and decisive leader! Marcus is a Principal Broker serving buyers and sellers in D.C., Maryland, and Associate Broker serving Virginia. He currently oversees 45 real estate agents, who he coaches to provide best-in-class service in the real estate industry. Marcus brings his exceptional talents to Magnicore and heads our Corporate Real Estate sector.
